If you finally went to a place that you know you aren't going to go to again for a long time, and you've really been looking forward to it (not to mention saving up), and the food was...well, "not what you expected".
Definitely. Because it annoys me but I don't like annoying people around me. Not that I like annoying anyone... Anyhow, I think blogging about the bad as well as the good is helpful insight to others.
I think that all experiences are valid, whether it's good, bad or so-so. In the end, you're passing on information that can help make someone make more of an informed decision about where they spend the money.
Personally, if I'm going to spend my hard-earned dollars on a meal, I want it to be great, if not a good experience. For me, a so-so experience is almost the same as a bad experience.

I probably would, lukewarm reviews can be just as insightful as the positive ones.
I would definitely write about it. You'll probably save your readers some dough on a not-so-great meal.
Sure! You have to write about the good and the bad. I burnt the shit outta brownies the other day and still blogged about them haaa.
Oh! And yay for being an 18 year old health conscious food blogger. Props.
