Awesome! Even though it's probably going to make me want to puke, I'm going to watch the whole way through :) Going to schedule the DVR right now...

Javier! Great episode, I dvr'd it ages ago, finally got a chance to watch it! While your segment was on, it reminded me of the many gatherings my family has had at my mom's house in Santa Ana...this Saturday we're hosting a baby shower, y vamos a tener pozole verde y frijoles con chorizo....food of the gods, I tell ya!

Saw the episode today, and I just want to say ORALE! to you and your familia.
The food looked fantastic--how anyone can think that the food is gross is beyond me.
BTW--my parents are from Zacatecas, too.
Saludos!

Dude if you eat such nice food all the time why don't you try painting the outside of your house. It really looks lik you are in the Mexican ghetto. Another sad yet accepted fact of America

The best place for Menudo is a resteraunt called Camino Real Resteraunt in La Puente Califorina. It is made fresh every weekend. It is a tiny mom and pop thats been around for 30 years the owners are also from Zacatecas like Javier and his family. REALLY GOOD MENUDO!!!!!
